From a young age, sports and fitness have been integral parts of my life. I played basketball and flag football throughout middle school and high school, where I learned the value of teamwork, discipline, and pushing my limits both mentally and physically. These experiences shaped my foundation in fitness, teaching me the importance of consistent effort and adaptability. As I transitioned into adulthood, I found that my passion for staying active only grew stronger. Whether it's lifting weights, running, or practicing functional movements, I’ve continued to embrace a variety of activities to challenge myself and maintain a balanced lifestyle. My journey is not about perfection but about progress and the joy of movement in all its forms.

My fitness philosophy revolves around the belief that fitness is a lifelong journey rather than a destination. It’s not just about the number of reps or the intensity of the workout, but about how fitness contributes to overall well-being.
